Trade with Claudia Cave Photo & Film

Even though I’ve only done 2 trades, this is definitely the biggest one so far! I originally reached out to Claudia on my own to get branding photos by her. We scheduled a date to go over things for the photoshoot, when she eventually mentioned doing a trade! I said yes of course, this would be such a big creative step for both of us. We figured out the details, and I also asked her what she was looking for in her jewelry. She wanted silver, earthy toned colors, spirals, and knew she wanted a good variety of jewelry options. When starting any jewelry trade, I start with going bead shopping to get the vision flowing. I then over time come up with a few sketches, but mostly everything I come up with depends on how the flow and vibes are. I ended up making 11 items for her to meet her rate of getting photos done! I truly loved making each and every item, and I even tried out hammering wire for the first time as well! Working with Claudia was such an amazing experience, and she gave me the branding photos of my dreams!
